Since then, Fin Altura has worked with six and seven-figure businesses through growth, hard patches, and big commercial calls. Sylvia brings the experience, the honesty, and the kind of financial clarity that helps owners stop guessing.
Ciro Chierchia, Director and Financial Controller, brings over 35 years across banking and retail, with senior roles spanning financial management, logistics, commercial property, and payroll. He is known for disciplined cash flow control and has managed lending accounts of all sizes, working closely with financial institutions to keep businesses on solid ground.
Regine Pineda is a dedicated bookkeeper with over four years of experience supporting businesses across a range of industries, including healthcare, construction, finance, strata, insurance, technology, and education. She has gained experience working with Xero, including payroll and BAS/IAS processing, and contributes to maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and assisting with compliance requirements.
